Restoration work at Keep started

We are delighted to announce preparatory work on the restoration of the Keep has begun on schedule. Our team of conservation experts spent their first full day on site recently. The team included conservation architect, archaeologists, structural engineer, quantity surveyor as well as laser scan technicians. One interesting point of view to report from the team is that the building is in good condition which is very encouraging. Our local paper "Inishowen Independent" published the attached article this week to inform you and the general public of our progress. As the article reports this represents the first practical step on the road to the full restoration of the Keep. We will keep you updated regularly over the coming weeks as more information emerges from the ongoing work. So far so good!
