A good number turned up on a wet Saturday morning last at Buncrana Library to hear a talk by Patricia Stratford from the Carrickabraghy Restoration Society. Patricia’s talk was on the history of the O’ Doherty's and the Keep in Buncrana and its connection with Carrickabraghy Castle near Ballyliffin.
We're all delighted with the positive response we have received to the project, and the local media have been of tremendous help in getting our message out there. So far, we have had nearly 2000 visits to our new website, our press release has ran in all of the local papers, and Ronan was also on air on Highland Radio with Greg Hughes!
